Brunch Oven Omelet with Canadian Bacon

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Canadian bacon sliced
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 cup Green onion chopped
  • 1 tbs Parsley chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 325. Prepare Oven Canadian Bacon; reserve. (Reassemble slices of bacon on aluminum foil. Pour syrup over bacon. Wrap & place in pan.)
  2. Heat butter in rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches, in oven until melted. Tilt dish to coat bottom. Beat eggs, sour cream, milk & salt in large bowl until blended. Stir in onions. Pour into dish. Bake omelet mixture & bacon about 35 mins or until eggs are set but moist & bacon is hot. Arrange omelet on large platter with bacon. Sprinkle with parsley.
