Brunch Oven Omelet with Canadian Bacon
Ingredients
- 1 pound Canadian bacon sliced
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 cup Green onion chopped
- 1 tbs Parsley chopped
Instructions
- Heat oven to 325. Prepare Oven Canadian Bacon; reserve. (Reassemble slices of bacon on aluminum foil. Pour syrup over bacon. Wrap & place in pan.)
- Heat butter in rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches, in oven until melted. Tilt dish to coat bottom. Beat eggs, sour cream, milk & salt in large bowl until blended. Stir in onions. Pour into dish. Bake omelet mixture & bacon about 35 mins or until eggs are set but moist & bacon is hot. Arrange omelet on large platter with bacon. Sprinkle with parsley.
