Microwave Easy Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Elbow Macaroni Noodles
  • 2 cup Hot water
  • 1 cup Evaporated milk skim is fine
  • 1 1/2 cup Cheddar shredded

Instructions

  1. Combine macaroni, hot water and evap milk in a 2 quart glass or ceramic casserole.
  2. Microwave uncovered on high for 12 minutes or til macaroni is soft and ost of the liquid has evaporated, stirring twice.
  3. Stir in cheese til melted.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste; can also add herbs.
