Microwave Easy Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 cup Elbow Macaroni Noodles
- 2 cup Hot water
- 1 cup Evaporated milk skim is fine
- 1 1/2 cup Cheddar shredded
Instructions
- Combine macaroni, hot water and evap milk in a 2 quart glass or ceramic casserole.
- Microwave uncovered on high for 12 minutes or til macaroni is soft and ost of the liquid has evaporated, stirring twice.
- Stir in cheese til melted.
- Salt and pepper to taste; can also add herbs.
