Easy Swiss Apple Pie
Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup apple, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together egg and sugar.
- Add flour, baking powder, salt, apple, and nuts (if using).
- Fold into a greased pie plate.
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
