Chicken & Potato Bake Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 to 3# frying chicken pieces skins removed (optional)
- 3 large potatoes cut into wedges
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 (14 1/2-oz) diced tomatoes (drained)
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place chicken pieces in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish
- Arrange potatoes over chicken; top with onion
- Sprinkle garlic salt & pepper evenly over onion
- Spoon tomatoes over dish & top with parsley
- Cover with foil & bake @ 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hr. or until
- chicken is no longer pink in the center & potatoes are tender
