Easy Fruit Pie
Ingredients
- 1/4 butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can pie filling (approx 21 ounces)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Place butter in 9x13 and put in oven to melt.
- Mix milk, sugar, flour, baking powder and Salt. Don’t over mix.
- Remove pan from oven and pour batter into pan. Tip to spread over entire bottom.
- Spoon pie filling over batter but do not mix in. Spoon evenly.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top, serve warm.
- Best with whipped topping or ice cream!
- variation - add 1/4 cup cocoa powder and 1 tsp vanilla to make chocolate batter. Good with blueberry or cherry filling?
