Impossible Bacon Pie

Ingredients

• 12 slices Bacon crispy fried and crumbled
• 1 cup Shredded Swiss cheese (about 4 oz.)
• 1/3 cup Finely chopped onions
• 2 cup Milk (1 1/2 if using 9“ pie plate)
• 1 cup Bisquick
• 4 Eggs
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1/8 tsp Pepper

Instructions

1. 1. Heat oven to 400°F. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and chopped onion into greased 9 - 10 inch pie plate
2. 2. Mix together: Milk, bisquick, eggs, salt & pepper until well blended.
3. 3. Pour into pie plate. Bake 35 - 40 mins until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes.
