Low Cal Macaroni Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 c Macaroni; cooked
  • 2 tb Margarine
  • 1/2 ts Pepper
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1/4 c Flour
  • 1/8 ts Garlic powder
  • 2 c Low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 ts Parsley
  • 1/3 c Bread crumbs
  • 2 ts Dill weed
  • 1 pn Paprika
  • 2 c Skimmed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 350F. Saute onions in margarine, add flour. Stir in milk, little at a time until thick. Add spices. Add cheese. Add macaroni. Pour into shallow pan. Top with crumbs and paprika. Bake 45 minutes. By Low Cal Macaroni Bake on Cal Low, Macaroni Bake
