Crock Pot Roast, Carrots, and Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4-6 lb Roast
- 4 to 8 medium Potatoes cut into quarters
- 1/2 to 1 full bag Baby carrots
- 1 can Campbells Cream of Mushroom
- 1/4 cup Beef broth
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package Dry onion soup mix
- 2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Spray crock pot with cooking spray and turn on low.
- 2. Place thawed roast in crock pot.
- 3. Quarter potatoes and place potatoes and carrots in crock pot around roast.
- 4. Mix all remaining ingredients together and pour over roast and vegetables.
- 5. Cook on low 9-10 hours.
