Crock Pot Roast, Carrots, and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4-6 lb Roast
  • 4 to 8 medium Potatoes cut into quarters
  • 1/2 to 1 full bag Baby carrots
  • 1 can Campbells Cream of Mushroom
  • 1/4 cup Beef broth
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package Dry onion soup mix
  • 2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Spray crock pot with cooking spray and turn on low.
  2. 2. Place thawed roast in crock pot.
  3. 3. Quarter potatoes and place potatoes and carrots in crock pot around roast.
  4. 4. Mix all remaining ingredients together and pour over roast and vegetables.
  5. 5. Cook on low 9-10 hours.
