Oven Fried Fish
Ingredients
- 1 cup Panko
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried sage
- 1/4 teaspoon Celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground red pepper
- 2 tablespoon Water
- 1 large Egg Lightly beaten
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 4 6-ounce Fish fillets
Instructions
- 1. Place panko, thyme, sage, celery seed and red pepper in a large skillet; cook over medium heat 3 minutes or until toasted, stirring frequently.
- 2. Place panko mixture in a shallow dish.
- 3. Combine water and egg in a shallow dish.
- 4. Place flour in a shallow dish.
- 5. Sprinkle fish with salt. Dredge fish in flour; dip in egg mixture. Place fish in panko mixture, turning to cost.
- 6. Arrange fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until done.
