Crispy Oven Fried Fish Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb. haddock, cod, or any white fish
- 2 tbls. plain yogurt
- 2 tbls. dijon mustard
- 1 tbls. chives, finely chopped
- Dash of red pepper flakes
- Dash of chili powder
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tbls. butter, melted
- lemon, to garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450
- Cut fish into 4 servings size pieces, tucking under thin edges so
- fish cooks evenly
- Combine yogurt, mustard, chives, red pepper, and chili powder
- Coat fish on all sides with yogurt mixture
- Roll in bread crumbs to coat evenly
- Put fish on baking sheet and drizzle with butter
- Bake for 6-10 minutes…Fish should flake easily
