Stove Top Easy Chicken Bake

Ingredients

• 1 6-oz package Stove Top Stuffing Mix For Chicken
• 1 cup Hot water
• 1 1/2 pounds Boneless Skinless chicken Breasts cut into 1 inch pieces
• 1 10.75-oz can Cream of Chicken Soup
• 1/3 cup Sour cream
• 1 1-oz bag Frozen Mixed Vegetables Thawed Drained

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the dry stuffing mix evenly on bottom of 13x9 inch baking dish ; set aside. Add hot water to remaining stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Set aside.
2. Mix soup, sour cream and vetebles; spoon over stuffing mix on bottom of pan. Place chicken over soup mixture. Top with the prepared stuffing. Cover with aluminum foil.
3. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through ( 170 F)
4. Makes 6 servings
