Stew (oven or crock pot)
Ingredients
- 2 lbs stew beef
- 6 carrots
- 3 potatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 5 stalks celery
- 1 28 oz. can stewed or diced tomatoes
- 1 T sugar
- 4 T tapioca
- salt + pepper
- thyme (1 sprig)
- rosemary (1 sprig)
- basil
- bay leaf = optional
Instructions
- Bake in 250 degree oven for 5 hours. Or put in crock pot for 8-10 hours on low.
- Note: It’s better the second day! ?
