Popeyes Favorite Recipe

Ingredients

• 4 tbls. Butter
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. oregano
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
• 8 oz. pepper jack cheese, shredded
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• 2-10 oz. pkgs. frozen spinach, thawed and drained of liquid

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In 13x9 baking pan, melt butter and using pastry brush coat pan with butter
3. In mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients and blend until combined
4. Bake 30-35 minutes
5. Cut into squares
